2. Information Collection and Distribution
Automatically Collected Information
Eco & Tech does not directly gather any user-provided information. However, we may automatically collect certain data, including but not limited to, the type of mobile device you utilize, its unique device ID, your mobile device’s IP address, the operating system it runs, the mobile internet browsers employed, and details regarding your interaction with the apps and games. Additionally, we may collect information automatically provided by Facebook, such as public profile data, friend lists, and email addresses.
Eco & Tech does not gather precise real-time location information from your mobile device.We may share your information with third parties solely as described in this privacy statement.
We may disclose Automatically Collected Information:
- As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.
- When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, ensure your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
- To our trusted service providers who work on our behalf, who do not have independent use of the information disclosed to them, and who have agreed to adhere to the rules outlined in this privacy statement.

3. Automatic Data Collection and Advertising
In our applications, we may request and process other non-personally identifiable information that may be considered private to you, such as your age range, year of birth, and gender. It’s important to note that year of birth and gender are collected solely for users who identify themselves in our apps as above the age of 13. This information is utilized to personalize the content of the app. For users who identify themselves as above the age of 13 and have not opted out from behavioral advertising, we may use such information to display targeted ads. You have the option to opt out from receiving targeted ads by selecting one of the options described in the “Opt Out” section of our Privacy Policy.
We may collaborate with analytics companies to gain insights into how our apps and games are utilized, including the frequency and duration of usage. Additionally, we partner with advertisers and third-party advertising networks who require knowledge on how you engage with advertising provided in our services to help us maintain the applications free.
Advertisers and advertising networks utilize certain information collected by our services, including, but not limited to, the unique identification ID of your mobile device and your mobile telephone number. To safeguard the anonymity of this information, we employ encryption technology to ensure that these third parties cannot personally identify you. These third parties may also obtain anonymous information about other applications downloaded to your mobile device, the mobile websites visited, your non-precise location information (e.g., zip code), and other non-precise location information to assist in analyzing and delivering anonymous targeted advertising in our apps and elsewhere. Additionally, we may share encrypted versions of the information provided by you to enable our partners to append other available information for analysis or advertising-related use.
We may transmit device-level data (e.g., if a device has clicked on a sports ad within our apps) and potentially share age and gender information with our advertising partners who may reutilize such data for targeted advertising. We authorize our partners to deliver targeted third-party advertisements or other content. They may combine the information gathered from your application with information gathered from other apps, websites, or through other services, and then create profiles and transfer the information to another provider. For instance, we may provide advertising IDs to Facebook, and they match it with your Facebook ID, aggregate it, and delete the initial identifier. Through this process, the other provider may receive or gather information about you and utilize it for displaying targeted ads. Advertisers may select their audience based on location, demographics, likes, keywords, age and gender, interests, behaviors, connections, and any other information Facebook receives or infers about users. We collaborate with multiple providers of IBA, which are listed in the “Advertising Companies” subsection.
4. Regular deletion and blocking of personal data
The data controller will only process and retain the personal data of the data subject for the duration necessary to fulfill the purpose of storage, or as permitted by European or other applicable legislation to which the controller is subject. If the purpose of storage no longer applies, or if a storage period prescribed by the European legislator or another competent legislator expires, the personal data will be routinely blocked or erased in accordance with legal requirements.

Eco & Tech exclusively gathers anonymous data for targeted advertising and monitoring user behavior within the game. Users who opt to limit access to this automatically collected information can deactivate individual device tracking on their mobile device.

Activating “Do Not Track Settings” in mobile phone
The providers of advertising services are obligated to adhere to the “Do Not Track” settings on mobile phones, although we cannot guarantee their compliance. We do not provide assurances regarding the information provided prior to opting out. Certain providers may offer additional opt-out mechanisms.
If you choose to “Opt Out of Interest-Based Ads” on your Android device, you can re-enable interest-based ads by disabling the settings. Opting out may result in you seeing the same number of ads on your mobile device; however, these ads may be less tailored to your interests. Our advertising partners may still deliver ads based on other non-personal information, such as the content of the application you are using.
Your Android mobile device may offer a “Limit Ad Tracking” or “Opt Out of Interest-Based Advertising” setting. When you opt out using this setting on a device, our partners will refrain from using information collected from that device to infer your interests or serve targeted ads to it based on inferred interests.

The transition from device IDs to Advertising Identifier is motivated by the fact that advertisers can use this identifier solely for advertising purposes and no other, while users have the option to opt out of tracking via their mobile phone settings. The Advertising Identifier serves as an anonymous identifier for advertising purposes, enabling users to reset their identifier or opt out of interest-based ads. Parties involved in advertising are required to respect users’ choices for opting out of tracking as per the app store guidelines.
